Go-to-market and revenue systems projects

Pipeline engines, revenue operations and a GTM platform of my own: the systems that turn strategy into predictable revenue.

GTMify

GTMify: a go-to-market platform built on AI agents

GTMify · Co-Founder · 2024 to present

Most go-to-market strategies fail from a lack of system rather than a lack of effort, so we built the system. GTMify runs content, intelligent outbound and intent-driven strategy as one coordinated platform across email, LinkedIn and SMS, operated by people and optimized by AI. I shipped its AI lead-scoring agent, with ICP tier logic, disqualifier reasoning and a weekly evaluation harness, along with the content engine that drafts, gates and publishes on a schedule and the agent control plane that runs the operation.

HTEC Group

A partner-led pipeline engine

HTEC Group · Sr. Director, Digital Strategy and Partnerships · 2024

I onboarded 35 technology partners in three months, then combined partner overlap data with intent data to build $100M of qualified pipeline with one engineer and one operations person. Alongside it, an agent-driven workflow produced more than 500 client case studies in about a week, a problem the company had been working on for two years.

  • Agentic content

BEMEIR

Revenue operations for an enterprise commerce agency

BEMEIR · Strategic Advisor and Fractional Chief Customer Officer · 2024 to 2025

I ran revenue operations and go-to-market strategy end to end for an enterprise eCommerce agency working across Magento, Shopware, Shopify and BigCommerce, running marketing and business development as one motion. Pipeline grew 550% year over year within three months.

Bucks County Bicycle Company

Building and running a retail business

Bucks County Bicycle Company · Founder and President · 2005 to 2013

I founded a specialty retailer and grew in-store sales from $160K to $2.4M over eight years, then added eCommerce that took the business to $8M within five years. It served 29K customers a year, raised margins from 38% to 47.5% through forecasting and strict expense control, and kept annual shrink under 1% on more than $500K of inventory. It is where I learned to run a P&L before advising anyone else on theirs.
