The first AI-enabled blueprint at Genpact

Genpact · Value Architect · 2025 to 2026

The client asked a simple question with an expensive answer: where should AI change how its operations organization works? We answered it one value stream at a time, 15 value streams in 15 consecutive weeks. Each week produced an operational blueprint, a business case and an executive readout delivered by the client's own operations and technology leaders. It was the first AI-enabled blueprint Genpact ever ran, and it ended with a scored backlog of 257 micro-automation opportunities.

Building the process Genpact runs AI-enabled blueprints on

Genpact · Method design and practice build · 2025

Traditional operating model assessments take most of a year. I helped design and build the process that compresses one into a weekly cadence: one workstream, one week, one chapter. A retrieval model is loaded with the client's operating artifacts, financials and session transcripts before kickoff. Each week moves through current state, ideal state, gap analysis and drafting, then a leadership review. A reusable prompt library produces the first drafts that architects refine, and a cross-chapter synthesis rolls every chapter into one blueprint for the board. The principle is simple: AI drafts, people direct.

Micro-automations, from backlog to production

Genpact · Value Architect, then Solution Architect and Technical Architect · 2026 to present

The blueprint produced the backlog; this program builds it. As Value Architect I owned the value levers, business cases and KPIs that decided what got built. When delivery needed a technical owner between Genpact's build pods and the client's technology lead, I moved into the solution and technical architect seat, setting the solution framework for each automation and signing off before build. I also automated the delivery line itself: 220 build packages generated from the backlog, requirements drafting that runs unattended, and 95 automation repositories created automatically.
